The legal service price list
The price of our service is always negotiated with our Client, after getting familiar with the case. We establish a date for carrying out our service with them. Almost every case is unique. Each case requires a different amount of work and time (if the economic worth of the case/claim does not justify the commission due to its cost caused by the complexity – we inform the Client about it straight forward, because we believe that our service has to be “worth it” for them).
Below you will find illustrative rates charged by us on the assumption that the case lacks complications of the factual nature and is related to standard legal issues:
In court cases our fees are being settled based on rates from the so called “ministerial tariff” (which in practice depends on the ruling of the court).
In some cases, considering the complexity and amount of work, the fee for carrying out the process is discussed individually in a separate, written commission signed by the Client while confirming the commission for legal support.
The businesses which benefit from our permanent legal support and pay us a permanent fee have priority over individual commissions.
